Returns & Exchanges

CLOTHING: 
We really hope that you love every single clothing item that you purchase from us, but we are aware that sometimes things are just not meant to be.  If you are unhappy with your clothing item(s) for any reason, simply send it back to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange, if in stock.  Once we receive your returned goods, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund process to take place.

  • Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from any use). Use your packing slip with written notations about exchanges or refund issuance.
  • Return address - Please email hello@shopmeandmy.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return, and we will forward you the return address.
  • Exchanges can be done by contacting us at hello@shopmeandmy.com regarding a new item. Once you contact us with the items you wish to exchange for, we will bill you separately for shipping or any overages whenever applicable.  
  • Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us. 
  • All Sale items can only be refunded as store credit 
  • Processing returns take 7-10 days to process. In stock exchanges will go out within this time frame. 
  • Custom Items cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Damage by Consumer - Due to the sensitive nature of some of our items, any damage done by trying on through the forceful fitting, stains, marks, etc. will not be subject to this policy. Please ensure you carefully put on and handle the garment with care to avoid unnecessary damage.

 

VINTAGE ITEMS:

We try our hardest to source and hand pick pieces that have minimal imperfections and flaws, but due to age and authenticity, imperfections are to be expected. Our pieces may include small cracks, chips, tears, worn spots, uneven textures, scratches, and color variances. Please be aware of this before purchasing any vintage items.

Due to the fragile nature of most of our vintage items, unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds on any items except for rugs.

  • Rug Returns must be in original condition and shipped to us within 14 days of receiving the rug - once we receive the rug and inspect for original condition, please allow 5-7 days for the refund to process.
  • Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
  • You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning your item.

    RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM?
    If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 7 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 14 days.

    SHIPPING CARRIER

    ME&MY orders ship via USPS or UPS Mail. Art from Gold Pony is shipped through Printful and their shipping carrier varies.

    US Shipping - FLAT RATE shipping is $7.99. Free Shipping for over $75

    International - DHL & USPS international options at checkout calculated by order weight.

    HOLIDAY DELAYS

    We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your ME&MY order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

    Please note that we are unable to cancel orders for processing.

    If you are uncertain about an item please contact us for further information before placing the order. 

    Items refused or returned to sender will be sent back at the consumer's expense. 

     

    UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

    Packages that are undeliverable for incorrect addresses, etc. Upon receipt of your package ME&MY will contact you by email. Package can be reshipped at customers expense.

     

    WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

    All our international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. Please note, ME&MY is not responsible for any delays caused by postal carriers, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available. Further, items purchased are subject to varying shipping times.

    SHIPPING STATUS

    You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.  You may also email us Shipping Status to hello@shopmeandmy.com. You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. 

    ME&MY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.  PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER FOR DISPUTES. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
